) 6 shiitake mushrooms
100 g maitake mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced parsley
15 g buttered peanuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Stir-Fried Mushrooms with Peanuts Directions
Cut shiitake mushrooms in half. Tear shiitake mushrooms in half by hand.
Put the peanuts in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan. When fragrant, add shiitake and maitake mushrooms and saute.
When softened, season with salt and pepper, add peanuts and parsley and stir-fry briefly.
