Palais Chocolat Rose Noir/Ruby Phrase

Two new flavors, "Rose Noir" and "Ruby Flavor," have been added to Belle Amère's signature brand Palet Chocolat. The chocolates are made with ingredients with gorgeous aromas and flavors, such as strawberry, raspberry, and rose oil, and are decorated with rose and Bambi motifs, making them even more gorgeous to the eye. It is said to be suitable for use as a gift combining standard flowers with lovely chocolates. Each piece is priced at 292 yen (tax included, same as below).

Bonbon Chocolat Rose Lychee/Pistachio Fleur

Bonbon Chocolat" will be available in two spring-only flavors: "Rose Lychee," which combines the fruity taste of lychee and strawberries with the gorgeous scent of rose, and "Pistachio Fleur," which combines strawberries and pistachios, which go well together. At the store, customers can create their own original gifts by combining them with their favorite chocolates. The price is 270 yen per piece.

Gateaux & Palais chocolates flower

The "Gateau & Palais Chocolat flower" is an assortment of five flower- and fruit-themed palais chocolates, financiers, madeleines, and gateau millefeuille. A card with a message "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! The limited edition of 250 sets will be available at the official online store, and orders will be accepted from April 22. The retail price is 3,068 yen.

Ruby Cassis

Ruby Cassis" is a petit gâteau of white chocolate ganache with a hint of rose and blackcurrant gelée in a ruby chocolate mousse with a refreshing sour taste. The crunchy texture of the crumble is an accent. The price is 584 yen.
