Entremets "Chocolate Rouge" will be on sale from February 11th to February 14th from the chocolate specialty store "Belle Amer" from Japan. The price is 1,800 yen (excluding tax).

In the mousse chocolate, put Genoise chocolate, strawberry and framboise confiture, creme brulee using framboise and ruby chocolate, and coat with glossy glasage chocolate. Almond-scented biscuits and cacao nibs add an accent to the texture.

The mousse chocolate uses Bel Amer's original couverture. You can feel a solid cacao and bitter feeling. An entremets unique to a chocolate specialty store that combines the rich taste of chocolate with the pleasant acidity of red fruits.
