The cake has a rich chocolate flavor, but the characteristic sourness and fruity aroma of ruby chocolate can be felt, and the combination of the phrase sauce is said to have created a taste that you will never get tired of eating. The price is 735 yen.

Chocolat Raspberry

Chocolate-Raspberry" is a cake that will be available from February 11. It is said that you can enjoy the taste of chocolates. A smooth ganache mousse made with Belle Amour's original bitter chocolate is filled with raspberry creme brulee and jellies, and glazed with a glossy glaze. The rich flavor of the original chocolate is complemented by the sourness of the raspberries, creating a gorgeous Valentine's Day flavor and design. The retail price is 1,944 yen.

As a general rule, this product is sold at all Bel-Amer stores, with some exceptions. The Iwataya Fukuoka Main Store, Matsuyama Mitsukoshi Store, and department store event halls do not handle fresh confections.
