Fruit tart specialty store KIRUFEVBON Grandmaison Ginza will sell a "Grapes of the Season" "Ura-Shun Grapes" and "Le Gall" Cream Cheese Tart for about a week from April 11. It will be on sale for about a week from April 11, and will end as soon as it is gone.

GREENCOLLAR's craft grape brand "Kyokushun" and fruit tart specialty store Kirfevon collaborated. A new tart using "Ura-shun Kyoho" grapes will be available.


In Japan, autumn is known as the season for grapes, but Kyokushun grows grapes in New Zealand, where the season is the complete opposite, to offer a second season, "Ura-Season," in the spring. Grapes grown in the rich natural environment of New Zealand can be eaten with their skins intact.


Japanese varieties of craft grapes are combined in a tart that is a perfect match with Kirfevon's unique arrangement. The Ura-shun Kyoho grape is a grape with a tight pulp and plenty of juice, with a mellow aroma, acidity, and sweetness that spreads on the palate. You can enjoy the combination with the custard cream with natural cream cheese from Le Gall.
