fresh salmon 2 slices
cabbage 80g (2.82oz)
Pizza cheese 40g (1.41oz)
miso 1 tablespoon
Sugar and liquor 2 teaspoons
salt (e.g. sodium chloride, calcium sulfate, etc.) small quantity

Grilled Salmon with Miso Cheese

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

2 slices fresh salmon
80g (2.82oz) cabbage
40g (1.41oz) pizza cheese
1 tablespoon miso
2 teaspoons sugar and sake
A pinch of salt

How to Make Grilled Salmon with Miso Cheese

Sprinkle a little salt on the raw salmon and let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off the water with kitchen paper.


Place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500 W for 1 minute. Drain off water.


Make a plate about 2cm deep with aluminum foil, cut cabbage into strips and lay them on the plate.


Arrange the salmon on top of the cabbage.


Mix miso, sugar, and sake in a container and pour over salmon and cabbage.


Sprinkle with cheese and place in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the top is browned.
