The "White Strawberries and Raspberry Cream Shortcake" is an extravagant shortcake that uses a lot of rare white strawberries, which are characterized by their low acidity, good aroma, and gentle sweetness. It goes perfectly with the softly sweet and sour raspberry cream. The price is 2,000 yen per piece (tax included).

The Ginza store will use white strawberries from Banno Farm in Heguri, Nara Prefecture.
