Reservations for Christmas cakes and other items are now open at La Maison Ensoleurtable and La Maison Ensoleurtable Patisserie. They will be offering "Prime Gateau de Maison," "Prime Tarte Amaou," "Tarte Fraise," "Tarte Chocolat," "Buche de Chocolat Blanc," "Buche de Chocolaberry," "Chantilly Noel," and "Oven-baked Tanba Red Chicken with 8 kinds of deli." Christmas cakes can be ordered from October 15 to December 18, 2022, and will be available from December 23 to 25, 2022. As a special offer, customers who make a reservation on the official website by November 30, 2022 will receive a 500 yen discount ticket for use in January 2023 on the day the cake is delivered.
Prime Gateau de Maison
Prime Gateau de Maison" is available only by reservation and in limited quantities. It is approximately 21 cm in diameter, for 8 to 10 persons, and retails for 16,000 yen (tax included, same as below).
La Maison's limited edition Christmas tart features large Amaou strawberries and berries gorgeously decorated in a two-tiered cake. The first layer is an almond tart topped with pistachio and berry mousse, while the second layer is a layer of Amaou shortcake.
Prime Tart - Amaou
The "Prime Tarte Amaou" is approximately 16 cm in diameter and is suitable for 4 to 5 persons. It is priced at 7,480 yen.
This Christmas tart is a limited edition tart decorated with cute Amaou strawberries. Sweet and juicy strawberries are layered with berry cream and chocolate crunch accents, raspberries and vanilla cream.
The Tarte Fraise is approximately 16 cm in diameter and serves 4 to 5 people. It is priced at 6,480 yen.
This Christmas tart is made with bright red Japanese strawberries, with berry cream and chocolate crunch accents added under the sweet, sour and juicy fruit, and layered with raspberry and vanilla cream.
Tarte Chocolat" is approximately 16 cm in diameter and serves 4 to 5 people. It is priced at 5,800 yen.
Smooth chocolate mousse is covered with salted caramel bavarois, accented with fiantine, passion fruit and apricot jam, and layered on a chocolate fromage tart. The chocolate tart is decorated with melted raw chocolate and is considered a Christmas-only chocolate tart.
Buche de Chocolat Blanc
Buche de Chocolat Blanc" measures 12 x 8 cm and is suitable for 2-3 persons. The selling price is 4,300 yen.
The moist baked cheesecake is layered with mixed berry jelly, raspberry mousse, and soufflé cheesecake, and wrapped in white chocolate mousse. The sourness of the berries and the rich flavor of the baked cheese accent the cake.
Buche de Chocolat Berry
Buche de Chocolaberry" measures 12 x 8 cm and is suitable for two to three people. The selling price is 4,300 yen.
Rich gateau chocolat and chocolate mousse are wrapped in strawberry mousse and accented with fiantine and berry jelly. It features a raspberry macaroon.
Chantilly Noel" is available only at patisserie stores. It is approximately 15 cm in diameter, for 4 to 5 persons, and retails for 5,280 yen.
A fluffy shortcake with pure white whipped cream. The sponge soaked in strawberry syrup, layered with sweet and sour strawberries, and decorated with a cute Santa Claus is considered La Maison's Christmas shortcake.
Oven-baked Tanba Red Bird with 8 kinds of deli
The "Oven-baked Tamba Red Bird with 8 kinds of deli" is available in limited quantities and by reservation only. It can be ordered at the café. The price is 10,800 yen.
The tasty Tamba red chicken is marinated in homemade herb salt for half a day before being slowly baked in the oven. Roast chicken available only during the Christmas period. The menu includes quiche, roast beef, seafood marinade, caprese, Spanish ham, Iberico pork sausage, tomato sauce penne, and ratatouille.
