Bourbon Peachblanc

Bourbon is introducing Peachblanc, a cake that makes use of the clean, sweet taste of peaches and features a Mont Blanc-inspired appearance. It will be sold at mass merchandisers, drugstores, retail stores, and kiosks nationwide from January 25 through March. Each package contains 6 pieces, and the estimated price is 324 yen (tax included).

The cream with peach juice is sandwiched between a soft and moist cake, and the top is decorated with white chocolate in a Mont Blanc style. The cream contains 75% white peach juice compared to fresh peach juice, giving the cake a fresh peach aroma and a gentle sweetness that fills the mouth.

In addition, Western liquor is used, and the alcohol content is 1.2%. It has a 1.2% alcohol content, so children and drivers are warned not to drink it. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
