"Pablo Mini Kyoto Hojicha" is made by pouring cheese dough into a crispy tart and baking it until it is slightly browned. From the top of the cheese tart, we squeeze a generous amount of special cream that combines roasted green tea from Kyoto prefecture and white bean paste. Hojicha uses fragrant products from the long-established tea wholesaler "Kitakawa Hanbei Shoten", which has a history of more than 150 years. A cheese tart that exquisitely combines the deliciousness of Japanese and Western flavors with the deep aroma and taste unique to carefully roasted roasted roasted green tea.
