Creamy cheese dough is poured into a crispy tart and baked until it is slightly browned. On top of the cheese tart, cream using condensed milk from Hokkaido is layered, and topped with navel orange from Kumamoto prefecture and roasted pistachio, which has been slowly pickled in syrup. If you chill it well and eat it, the cool flavor will be more pronounced.
