Tara 2 slices
plain yogurt 2 tablespoons
Curry powder 1 tsp
ketchup 1 tablespoon
Garlic and ginger 1 teaspoon grated
salt a little
Olive oil 2 tsp

Tandoori

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon grated garlic and ginger
2 teaspoons of salt and a little olive oil

How to make tandoori

When it is born, cut 1 slice into 3-4 equal parts.


Put plain yogurt, curry powder, ketchup, grated garlic, grated ginger, and salt in a plastic bag, mix, and soak the tara. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to half a day.



Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, line up the tatara taken out of the plastic bag, and bake on both sides.
