Fruit milk agar

material

Fruit of your choice Appropriate amount of water 100ml (3.38us fl oz)
Milk 300ml (10.14us fl oz)
4 tablespoons sugar
Powdered agar 4g (0.14oz)

How to make

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and line them up on the bottom of a pound cake (your favorite mold is OK). This time I used canned fruit.

Put water and powdered agar in a pan and heat to dissolve while slowly mixing. Add sugar and mix further.

Once the sugar has melted, add milk and mix to warm. Let's warm until the whole is mixed well.

Pour milk agar into the mold and cool in the refrigerator when the heat is removed.

Cut it to the size you like and you're done!

Tasting

It's very easy because you just cut it, mix it, and harden it! If you use a fruit with a firm texture, it will lose its shape when you cut it (I used the pineapple as it is, so it collapsed. Maybe I should cut it a little smaller?), So tangerines and berries It may be better to use such as. Also, if you like, can you use canned syrup instead of water without adding sugar?

A refreshing snack "Fruit Milk Agar" that is perfect for summer. Please do try that out.
