"Strawberry Kakigori Douhua" will be on sale from July 1st to August 31st at each Chun Shui Tang store. The price is 750 yen (tax included, same below).

"Strawberry Kakigori Douhua" is a dessert where you can enjoy Taiwanese healthy sweets "Douhua" and shaved ice with plenty of sweet and sour strawberry sauce at the same time. The tofu is carefully made in the store without using any sugar, and has a unique texture like silken tofu, topped with shaved ice and strawberries, and then sprinkled with a generous amount of strawberry sauce.

The strawberry sauce is based on the additive-free millet sugar syrup made in the store, and is refreshingly finished with lemon by adding strawberry pulp and jasmine tea. With mellow bean flowers, sweet and sour strawberries and lemon acidity, you can enjoy it refreshingly even in the hot summer.
