Shanghai-style shark fin nigiri


Luxuriously use shark fin carefully selected one by one. For stewing, we use plain hot water (paitan) soup with a rich taste of boiled pork bones and chicken legs (maple). You can enjoy the special seasoning that goes well with the sushi rice and the smooth, smooth and comfortable texture. The price is 330 yen (tax included, same below).

Shanghai-style pork stewed nigiri


The classic Shanghai cuisine "pork ribs stewed in soy sauce" is reproduced with sushi. The texture of Toro Toro and the slightly deep seasoning are the best match with the rice. It is finished with a rich fragrance using the typical Chinese mixed spice "five-spice powder" (Wu Shan Feng). The price is 308 yen.

Shanghai-style shark fin and crab bean paste chawanmushi


Chawanmushi where you can enjoy both the shark fin with a fluffy texture and the sweet and delicious snow crab meat. It goes well with the rich and rich flavor of Shanghai-style plain hot water soup. The price is 308 yen.
