At the Chinese restaurant "Bamiyan", the "Chinatown Story" fair is being held with the theme of the three major Chinatowns of Yokohama, Kobe, and Nagasaki. "Jasmine tea steamer steamed chiffon" is on sale as a target menu.

Many of Chinatown's popular dishes and specialties are arranged in a Bamiyan style.

One steamed chiffon of jasmine tea is 349 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). As the name suggests, this is a dish where you can enjoy fluffy steamed bread with the scent of jasmine tea with whipped cream. By the way, it is a specialty of Kobe Chinatown.

When you hear chiffon as a Chinatown specialty, even Chinese lovers may think about it for a moment, but according to Bamiyan, another name for this dim sum is Marla Kao. It is an arrangement of that horse glutinous rice that is often sold in Chinatown. If you try to solve the mystery, you will be convinced.

In addition, "Shrimp Chili" (799 yen) and "Three kinds of seafood ankake ramen" (799 yen) are included in the lineup as specialties of Yokohama Chinatown.



Nagasaki Chinatown's specialties include "shark fin simmered" (1,299 yen) and "hot champon with plenty of seafood" (749 yen).



Kobe Chinatown's specialties are "Chive! Chinese chive and chicken roasted manju" (3 pieces 349 yen), "Puri-puri shrimp steamed dumplings" (3 pieces 299 yen), "Xiaolongbao" (4 pieces 349 yen), " "Shrimp spring rolls" (2 pieces 349 yen), "Fluffy split bread" (1 piece 199 yen).






The fair is scheduled to be held until January 16, 2019.
