Hokutoro Toyojun Sweet Potato

A sweet potato that combines 256 layers of fragrant puff pastry and two types of sweet bean paste. On top of the pie crust, steamed bean paste made with Kintoki potatoes and baked bean paste made with red bean paste, which has a chewy texture, are layered on top of the pie crust. The price is 270 yen (tax included).

Plenty of bean paste is creamy and has plenty of delicious flavor! The crispy and fragrant puff pastry enhances the melting mouthfeel. The steamed bean paste has a smooth texture of potatoes, and the grilled bean paste has a fragrant and dense sweetness.
