Liquor 1 tablespoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper a little
wasabi 1-2 tbsp
Salad oil 2 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp

1 chicken thigh 1 tablespoon liquor
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper a little wasabi (tube) 1-2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce

How to make

Soak chicken with sake, salt and pepper.


Put the cooking oil in a hot frying pan from the skin. When it becomes brown, turn it over, cover it, and heat it over low heat for 3 minutes.



Remove the lid, spread the wasabi on the skin, cover it again and heat for 3 minutes. Finish with soy sauce.
