"Cream Soda" will be on sale from July 23rd at the Toraya Confectionery Ginza store of the Japanese confectionery "Toraya". Due to the rebuilding of the Toraya Ginza Building, it will be closed from October 15th, so it will be prepared as a special menu before that.
There are three types of cream soda, each with a taste of Japanese sweets. In fact, it is a reprint menu that is a modern arrangement of what was offered at the sweets shop "Akane", the predecessor of Toraya Ginza store. The selling price is 1,100 yen (tax included).
"Mikan Cream Soda" is a cream soda containing mandarin oranges and a refreshing taste with mandarin orange puree, and is available from July 23rd to September 15th.
"Matcha and black amber cream soda" is a combination of black amber and matcha using brown sugar. You can enjoy cream soda unique to Japanese sweets shops. It will be available for a limited time from July 23rd to October 15th.
"Strawberry cream soda" is a cream soda containing strawberry ice cream with strawberry puree. A cup where you can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of strawberries. It will be available from September 16th to October 15th.
