Pokka Sapporo Food & Beverage will release "Gabu Gabu Chupa Chups Strawberry Cream Soda" in collaboration with Chupa Chups on June 20. 500 ml PET bottles will be sold at an estimated price of 140 yen (excluding tax).

Since its launch in 1995, the "GABU-UU" brand has been supporting junior high and high school boys who are enjoying their adolescence by offering fun and playful flavors. Now, in collaboration with Chupa Chups, a lollipop (candy bar) that has been sold in more than 160 countries around the world, "Gabu Gabu Chups Strawberry Cream Soda" will be available.

The product was developed in the hope that junior high and high school students who have a sense of entrapment in the Corona disaster will experience more fun and excitement by crossing the worlds of Gabu-drink and Chupa Chups, respectively. The product is inspired by "Strawberry Cream," one of the most popular "Best of Chupa Chups" flavors, and offers a milky taste and the exquisite sweetness of strawberries, along with a touch of carbonation.

The packaging features a large frontal design of the iconic Chupa Chups logo to make it easy to understand that this is a collaboration product. The "Strawberry Cream" design is complemented by an illustration of carbonated bubbles to convey a sense of openness from the stimulating carbonation.
