All-you-can-eat prosciutto ham at Seijo Ishii's wine bar is 780 yen! Freshly cut and fluffy, full of discerning prosciutto aged for 300 days


The fair "Freshly cut! All-you-can-eat 300-day aged prosciutto!" Will be held from July 9th at all "Le Bar a Vin 52 AZABU TOKYO" wine bars produced by Seijo Ishii. The fee is 780 yen per person (excluding tax).

All-you-can-eat prosciutto at Seijo Ishii Wine Bar

Freshly cut and fluffy prosciutto with a slicer is served for 60 minutes with free refills. Prosciutto is produced at the foot of the Apennines in Italy. It is said that the sea breeze passes through the mountains and forests and brings a special flavor. The salt used is sea salt from Sicily. The sweetness of the pork is brought out by the two salting processes. You can enjoy the texture that melts in your mouth to your heart's content.
