How does prosciutto tofu taste?
Delicious! The tofu is soft and fresh to the touch, but when chewed, it melts on the tongue with a slightly firm texture. The umami of the prosciutto, the crisp saltiness, and the spiciness of the black pepper are wrapped in the refreshing flavor of the olive oil.It is an excellent snack, and of course, a side dish. The smooth tofu gives it a somewhat cheese-like texture that goes perfectly with the prosciutto!
