I actually bought and ate "Prosciutto ham sushi" that I found at FamilyMart (Famima). The price is 155 yen (tax included).

Prosciutto sushi

"Prosciutto ham sushi" is a sushi made by spreading prosciutto all over and tasting prosciutto from end to end. It seems that it is finished in a refreshing taste of Western style using black pepper cream cheese sauce.


If you remove the package and put it on a plate, it looks like a good dish ...? Quruli and prosciutto are wrapped around one side of the sushi, and black pepper cream cheese sauce is sandwiched underneath.


Rice is vinegar rice with a slightly vinegar flavor. The saltiness of the prosciutto and the mellow and smooth taste of the black pepper cream cheese sauce match the refreshing flavor of the vinegared rice. The presence of prosciutto is rather thin, and the taste of vinegar and cheese may remain in the aftertaste.


I personally liked it, but it's a bit quirky, so I don't think it suits some people. Recommended for those who are addicted to the combination of vinegared rice and cheese! It looks good to accompany wine.
