A new flavor will be available for a limited time in the Meiji long-selling brand sweets "Takenoko no Sato". "Takenoko no Sato Maroyaka Matcha Flavor", where you can enjoy the mellow matcha flavor, will be rolled out nationwide for a limited time from July 14th.
"Takenoko no Sato", which was born in August 1979, is a long-lived series that has been sold as a brother brand of "Kinoko no Yama", which was born in September 1975. In this limited flavor, "Nishio Matcha" from Aichi Prefecture is kneaded into white chocolate.
It has a mellow taste as a matcha chocolate coating, and you can enjoy the combination with the crispy cookies inside. The estimated price is 200 yen (excluding tax).
