Sweet bread with butter sandwiched in a dough kneaded with dried fruits. The dough uses fermented seeds and is finished with a rich flavor.


The kneaded dried fruits are rich in variety such as raisins, cranberries, orange peels, figs and lemon peels. There is plenty of luxury in it.


When you bite into it, the juicy sweet and sour taste of the dried fruit overflows and blends with the creamy and rich butter in a rich flavor. Combined with the moist and calm dough of fermented seeds, it has a very mature taste! It's delicious enough to be a snack for wine.
