On top of the moist sponge dough, cream made with unsalted butter and custard from Hokkaido, "whipped cream&rdquo The cake is layered with "whipped cream" made with unsalted butter and custard cream from Hokkaido and whipped cream from Hokkaido, and topped with milk cream. Cookie crunches are placed on top of the sponge dough to accentuate the texture.

The cake dough is made with French fermented butter for a rich flavor, and whipped cream made with fresh Hokkaido cream is sandwiched between the two and topped with butter sauce. The rich and milky whipped cream and aromatic butter can be enjoyed.

Aromatic milk mousse made with milk cream blended with two kinds of fresh Hokkaido cream and margarine with fermented butter from France is topped with a soft, chewy butter mousse made with ingredients such as long bean sprouts. The dough is made with ingredients such as long bean curd and other ingredients, and is crispy and chewy. The rich and milky milk cream and the buttery milk mousse melt in your mouth, making this a sweet that blends Japanese and Western flavors.
