Radish 1/3
Starch Appropriate amount
Fried oil Appropriate amount
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
salt Appropriate amount
Curry powder (if you like) 2 tsp

● How to make

Peel the radish and cut it into sticks about 5 mm wide.


Combine soy sauce, salt, and curry powder if you like, and season the cut radish. It's easy to put everything in a plastic bag and squeeze it in.


After seasoning, drain with kitchen paper and sprinkle with potato starch. It's easy to put this in a plastic bag, add a little air and pretend.

● What is the taste?
