Chili oil paste

"Nokkete chili oil paste" is a paste-like chili oil that can be used by adding only the amount you want to use. The three types of soybeans, Doubanjiang, Tianmian, and Doubanjiang, are delicious, and you can feel not only the spiciness but also the richness, umami, and sesame oil flavor.

This seasoning is recommended for people who have been using chili oil and have felt unsatisfactory or inconvenient, such as "I want more spiciness than just spiciness" and "It drips or remains on the plate when eating".

Grated radish

Grated radish with a crispy texture and sudachi flavor. It was developed to make it easier to use grated daikon radish, which is time-consuming to prepare by yourself, even in small quantities.
