I tried the FamilyMart limited sweets "Strawberry Chocolate". The mellow sweetness of white chocolate is combined with the gorgeous aroma and acidity of dried strawberries that spread later.

White chocolate has a strong milky mellowness and a strong cacao scent. To be honest, you can hardly feel the strawberry flavor at first.
Strawberries have almost no water and are crispy
Dried strawberries have very little moisture and have a completely crispy texture for snacks. Therefore, it doesn't seem to be very fruity, but if you wait for a while with it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste will spread to your tongue and a gorgeous scent will rise.
