"Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo" opened in Nakameguro, Tokyo in February of this year (2019). Following a unique
coffee beverage and food review , this time we'll report on Teavana Bar.
The Teavana Bar is on the 2nd floor. Tea Beverage, which is full of individuality and is particular about high-quality tea leaves and botanical materials, is on sale. After worrying about the abundant menu, I ordered 2 items.
・ Matcha tea fondue with 3 types of cheese A dish of Kyoto Uji matcha and white chocolate fondue with 3 types of cheese (cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano, mimoret). It will be served after 3 minutes on the hourglass. The price is 1,400 yen (excluding tax).
The trolley fondue has a rich sweetness. When you put a lot of cheese on it, the refreshing scent first comes out in your nose, and the deep flavor and richness gradually spread. The taste that the slight saltiness that remains at the end is behind. You can enjoy an "eating tea experience" while exploring the compatibility of three types of cheese and matcha, which have different characteristics.
・ Pop'n Tea Pineapple Passion Colorful passion tea. It is served with popsicles made from pineapple Kona pop tea, which is a blend of pineapples, apples and rose petals. The price is 950 yen (excluding tax).
Passion tea has a refreshing taste with a pungent sour taste. If you bite the popsicles on the way, a refreshing sweetness will be added. It's so delicious that I want you to sell this popsicle alone! If you drink it while melting it, it will have a tropical scent, and you can enjoy a different flavor than if you taste it separately.
I am very happy to know the deep world of tea as well as coffee. The next time I came, I left the shop with the determination to enjoy sake at the "Alibia Mobile" on the 3rd floor.
