"Craft Caramel Latte" will be released on September 1st at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo. It will be released on September 10th at the Reserve Bar, which has 11 reserve stores nationwide.

The development of "Craft Caramel Latte" began with the making of caramel sauce, which is the decisive factor for the taste, based on the passion of the person in charge, "I want to make the ultimate caramel latte." The aim was a caramel sauce with a rich aroma and bitterness that goes best with coffee. By trial and error until you are satisfied with the balance between the burning temperature of the raw materials, the combination of fresh cream, and the sweetness, the ultimate caramel sauce that you can feel coffee and the best mariage over about a year has been completed. The aroma and bitterness in the sweetness of caramel harmonize with the bitter taste of espresso in the best balance.


"Craft caramel latte" can be ordered hot or iced. Since its debut this fall, it has become a standard product as a beverage that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
