For those who have a strong love for hojicha! Seijo Ishii's Mechauma "Hojicha Sweets"-Kiwadatsu Bitterness and Fragrance

Two "hojicha sweets" found at Seijo Ishii. It was very delicious when I tried it, so let me introduce it to everyone!

One is "Toromochi Hojicha" (280 yen including tax) . A Japanese sweet made by wrapping roasted green tea whipped cream and black honey in soft warabi mochi dough and sprinkling with roasted green tea powder. 2 pieces included. Black honey uses brown sugar from Okinawa prefecture.

When you bring it to your mouth, it will be softly wrapped in a fresh aroma, just like freshly roasted tea. Ah ~ it smells good ...

The mochi is surprisingly soft and smooth with Tron, and the whipped cream inside is fluffy. Rich black honey is a modest accent. The bittersweetness and aroma of roasted green tea are fully utilized. It's delicious!

The other is "Walnut Hojicha Mousse Japanese Parfait" (431 yen including tax) . A cup dessert based on roasted green tea mousse and topped with Japanese ingredients such as walnuts, dumplings, and red bean paste.

The soft and melty roasted green tea mousse has an excellent balance of subtle sweetness and crisp bitterness. It has a good fragrance and is slightly bitter, so it comes to the sweetness of moist kanoko beans and red bean paste. Exquisitely good ...

The crispy walnuts add a touch of change to the aroma and texture. The big dumplings and the bean paste inside are very chewy and very satisfying.

Both have a strong aroma and bitterness of hojicha, so it is recommended for people who have a strong love for hojicha. How about for adult dessert time?
