Dango, Whipped Sweet Potato, and

Hojicha Parfait The "Ito Kyuemon Supervision: Mitarashi Dango, Whipped Sweet Potato, and Hojicha Parfait" is a parfait combining a mitarashi dango, whipped sweet potato, and hojicha (roasted green tea). The main attraction of the parfait is the fragrance of the hojicha tea that has been carefully roasted.


Priced at 310 yen (334.80 yen including tax). Sold nationwide except in the Tohoku region. Some stores do not carry it.

Houjicha Terrine Chocolat, supervised by

Kyuemon

Ito, is a

combination of hojicha

and white chocolate, baked slowly

to

create a smooth texture.


It is priced at 230 yen (248.40 yen including tax). Sold nationwide. Some stores do not carry it.
