Product released in August 2019. An Asian-style dessert based on the traditional Taiwanese sweet "Toupha" made from soy milk. The price is 399 yen per piece (excluding tax).
Layer black sesame and red bean paste on toufa finished with organic soy milk and cane sugar, and turn on the toppings. Homemade coconut warabimochi, homemade coconut cream jam, walnuts, sweet potatoes, and spider nuts are used as toppings.
Toupha has a melty mouthfeel. It has a refreshing taste with a slight soy milk scent and a mild sweetness, and it is a good balance with the rich taste of black sesame and red bean paste layered on top. The clear contrast in black and white is also beautiful to the eye.
You won't get bored with the toppings that have different personalities. Gently sweet coconut jam, sweet potatoes, elastic warabimochi, crispy and fragrant walnuts. Because the toupha is simple, the impression of each bite changes depending on the topping.
