Thick pistachio cream, which is a combination of pistachio paste and pure cream, is squeezed on a smooth and thick chocolate pudding made from couverture chocolate. It is said that the pistachio and pure cream were adjusted and completed many times so that the taste of each material would be enhanced, and the finish was finished with the rich flavor of milk.
