Using a pancake mix makes making the batter a breeze!

Material ( For 6 persons )
pancake mix 200g (7.05oz)
egg one (object)
(cow's) milk 150-180 ml
sugar 10-20g as desired

Can you make soft "steamed bread" without a steamer? No, that is not true. You can easily make it yourself using a rice cooker at home and pancake mix!

Ingredients



200g (7.05oz) pancake mix
1 egg
150-180ml (6.09us fl oz) milk
Sugar 10-20g (0.71oz) to taste

If made without sugar, it will be slightly less sweet.

Preparation

Mix pancake mix, egg and milk in a bowl with a whisk.


Until there are no more lumps.

Pour batter into rice cooker and cook on "normal mode".



When the rice is done cooking, leave it to steam without opening the lid. When the heat is removed, open the lid and remove from the pot to finish cooking!

If you think the rice is not cooked enough, cook it again in "Normal Mode".
