This is a new flavor that combines sesame that goes well with mochi. Ice and black sesame honey are layered, and sesame seeds are scattered on the top. Vanilla ice cream is blended with white sesame seeds as a secret ingredient to create a cohesive taste.
The fragrant black sesame honey contains 15% black sesame seeds. Soy sauce and brown sugar are added to add richness to the taste.
