A new series "Fruits" appears in Imuraya's "Yawamochi Ice Cream". "Yawamochi Ice Fruits Mango & Coconut" is on sale at convenience stores from May 28th. The price is 180 yen (excluding tax).

Yawamochi ice cream that has been developed in a series centered on Japanese taste. This time, with the theme of "Japanese and Western eclectic", ice cream that combines Japanese (mochi) and Western (fruit) has appeared.

Rich ice cream based on Hokkaido cream and skim milk concentrate, with coconut cream added to bring out the richness. On top of that, a sauce containing 30% of mango (Alfonso) puree, which has a strong sweetness and aroma, is combined. Topped with mango pulp and mochi to finish.

By adding a little Western liquor to the mochi made from Japanese ingredients, it seems to give a sense of unity to the whole. Cointreau (orange liqueur), which goes well with mango, is used for Western liquor.
