A new ice cream product "Yawamochi Ice Fruits Strawberry & Cheese" will be on sale for a limited time. It will be available at convenience stores from December 14th, and at other supermarkets from December 21st.

The Yawamochi Ice Fruits series is a dessert ice cream that allows you to enjoy mochi and fruits with a chewy texture even under freezing. It is gaining popularity due to its easy-to-eat amount and the flesh texture of the fruit that accentuates it.

Introducing this time is "Strawberry & Cheese" which is a combination of popular fruit strawberry and cheese ice cream. Cheese ice cream made from Hokkaido cream cheese is topped with strawberry sauce, rice cakes, and strawberry pulp. The bright red color makes it look gorgeous.


23% strawberry puree is added to the sauce. You can enjoy the rich taste of strawberry. Camembert cheese powder and lemon juice were added to the cheese ice cream to create a refreshing sour taste.
