This is the 4th installment of the new series "Fruits" of Yawamochi ice cream released in 2018. A sweet-like ice cream that combines chocolate and strawberries, which are popular at events such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.
Rich chocolate ice cream is based on Hokkaido dairy ingredients and is made from Ghanaian cacao beans with cocoa mass and cocoa powder to create a rich chocolate ice cream with less bitterness. The raw chocolate sauce in the center of the ice cream is made from Hokkaido cream and Ghanaian cacao beans for a mellow and rich taste.
Brandy made from strawberries is used for the mochi, which is soft even under freezing, which is the biggest feature of the Yawamochi series, in order to give a sense of unity to the entire ice cream (alcohol content is 0.1% or less). The moment you open the lid, the strawberry sauce with a gorgeous scent uses 23% strawberry puree. Strawberry pulp is topped to add an accent to the gorgeous appearance and texture.
