At the Fujiya pastry shop, "Nostalgic sweets" that give you a sense of the history of Fujiya will be reprinted for 6 days from February 23 to 28, in line with "Fujiya Day" on February 28.
The lineup consists of four items: "cream puffs," "chocolate eclairs," "mocha eclairs," and "butter cream cake." The price is 252 yen each (tax included).

"Chocolate Eclair" is a chocolate-coated eclair dough sandwiched with a light type of custard cream.
Mocha Eclair
"Mocha Eclair" is a light type coffee custard cream sandwiched on an eclair dough coated with coffee chocolate.
Butter cream cake
"Buttercream cake" is a traditional butter cream cake made by sandwiching sweet and sour apricot jam on a buttery sponge and coating it with white butter cream.
