Setsubun rolls too! 3 Setsubun sweets, from Ginza Cozy Corner for a limited time--Cheese souffle setsubun version is now available

Setsubun limited sweets will be on sale on February 1st at the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores). The sale period is until February 3rd.

・ Fukuyokoikoi Cheese Souffle A setsubun version of the popular cheese souffle. The meringue is finely whipped, slowly steamed so as not to crush the bubbles, and powdered sugar is used to design the demon and okame. You can enjoy the taste of cheese and the unique "moist, fluffy" texture of souffle.


19 cm long, for about 4 people. The price is 530 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

・ A sweet version of Ehomaki, which is made by wrapping cream with chestnuts, matcha cream, and strawberry cream with Setsubun chocolate roll cocoa sponge. The price is 420 yen.
