from Hokkaido The popular "Kakkosui Rare Cheese Made with Five Kinds of Cheese from Hokkaido" has been renewed in hopes of making it even more enjoyable, and since its release in 2014, it has been popular among cheesecake fans for its light texture and deep, rich cheese flavor. It is the most popular product in the cheesecake category (cut cakes) at Ginza Cozy Corner (results from October 2022 to January 2023).

For the renewal, the ratio of the three types of cream cheese, Mascarpone, and Camembert cheese used in the mousse was readjusted. The rich milkiness of the cheese can now be enjoyed even more. The addition of egg yolks gives the mousse a richer, deeper flavor.
