KALDI "Nan Fah Tom Yum Paste"

KALDI is a heaven for ethnic food lovers, isn't it? Today we would like to introduce "Nan Fah Tom Yum Paste" (375 yen including tax). This paste makes it easy to make the classic Thai dish "Tom Yam Kung" by simply dissolving it in hot water.

As this is from the same Nan Hwa series as the previously introduced " Crab Paste," my expectations were already high when I got it. I immediately tried it with soup and thought my house had become a Thai restaurant because of its delicious taste....

Nan Fah Tom Yum Paste

Just dissolve Tom Yum paste in hot water.

Tom Yam paste is made by adding spices such as lemongrass, galangal, chili peppers, and onions. Add 3 tablespoons of this paste to 600 ml of hot water, add your favorite ingredients, and simmer for about 5 minutes to make soup for 2 to 3 servings. It's too easy!
