Toast with French sparkling juice. I found "Pure Pom Sparkling Juice" at KALDI Coffee Farm. It contains 750 ml and the price is 471 yen (tax included).
This is a special juice made by a French cider maker. The fruit is carefully squeezed, and carbon dioxide is added in the state of 100% straight juice without concentration reduction. No sugar or preservatives.
The stopper is a cork type
I bought 3 types of "Red Grape", "White Grape" and "Apple". For red grapes, we mainly use grapes such as Carignan. Along with the fine carbonic acid bubbles, the sweetness pops out. Fruity as if you were biting the fruit itself! The astringency that remains in the mouth is also authentic.
Carbonation does not have to be too strong
For white grapes, we mainly use grapes such as Uniblanc. A cleaner finish than the rich red. An elegant scent will come out to your nose.
Ripe apples from the Normandy and Brittany regions are used for apples. Juicy sweetness and sourness spread throughout the mouth. Since no sugar is used, the apple flavor is rich but the aftertaste is refreshing. You can enjoy a gorgeous taste similar to the apple liquor "Cider".
