Ebisu "Balloom" soi smoothie is super rich and fashionable! Berry and peach flavors

Cafe & restaurant "Balloom Tokyo store" in Ebisu, Tokyo. When you enter the back alley near Yebisu Garden Place, you can see the brick exterior. Only here is the atmosphere like Europe.

About 3 minutes on foot from Garden Place

The antique-style calm interior. Mirrors and dried flowers are hung on the wall with good taste. Very fashionable!

I want to live in a room like this

I've always wanted to order a smoothie made with soy milk when I came to the store. This time, I ordered "Soy Berry Smoothie" (700 yen, all prices include tax) and "Soy White Peach Smoothie" (780 yen).

A smoothie in a cute jar that seems to spill. Strawberries and blueberries are combined in the berries. It looks like a bright berry color, but the taste is stronger with soy milk. The rich soybean flavor and heavy mouthfeel make it feel like you are drinking tofu.

It's dark!

Accent with a nice crushed berry texture. The mellow richness of soy milk is refreshingly overwritten by the acidity of berries. There is no green odor peculiar to soybeans, and it is strong but has a refreshing aftertaste.

I'm pretty hungry

Soi White Peach is a combination of white peach and banana. The juicy sweetness of white peach blends well with soy milk. Finally, the tropical scent of banana is fluffy. A dessert-like cup that is more mellow than sour berries.

The best combination

I also ordered "Soy Brownie" (set price 1,300 yen) with Soy Berry Smoothie. The moist dough contains soybeans. It retains the flavor of cacao and is not too sweet, so you can enjoy it lightly.

The texture of soybeans is fun

The rich smoothies and cakes you can enjoy in the fashionable store are exceptional. I didn't order this time, but I was interested in the lunch menu and "Okara and soy milk donuts", so I will visit again.
