"Okinawa Fair" is held at each 7-ELEVEN store. A lineup of Okinawa-related products such as "Pork Eggs" and "Chinsuko" (the products handled vary depending on the region and store).
Here are some of the hottest products!
・ Pork egg rice ball (170 yen, tax included, same below) Okinawa's classic "luncheon meat" and rice balls with omelet. The well-baked luncheon meat has a delicious taste of meat. Thick roasted eggs have a simple salty taste.
・ 1/2 day's worth of vegetables! Taco rice rice cake rice (498 yen) Taco rice that gives you half of the vegetables you need each day. Vegetables such as onions, broccoli and tomatoes are used. Sprinkle with the attached hot sauce if you like.
・ For a limited time! Goya Chanpuru (300 yen) Okinawa's classic dish, bitter gourd chanpuru. It is seasoned with brown sugar, which is familiar in Okinawa, Okinawan salt (simamas), and awamori.
・ Old fashion of brown sugar from Okinawa (120 yen) Old-fashioned donuts made from Okinawan brown sugar. The surface of the dough is crispy and the inside has a moist texture. By adding Okinawan brown sugar to the donut dough and applying brown sugar honey glaze on the surface, it is finished with a rich flavor.
・ Okinawa brown sugar melon bread (138 yen) Flavorful melon bread using Okinawan brown sugar for biscuit dough and bread dough. The lower dough is fluffy and the upper dough has a refreshing texture.
・ Salt Chinsuko Rare Cheese (216 yen) Rare cheese using "snow salt" from Miyakojima, Okinawa. The salted chinsuko is crushed and spread, and the salt rare cheese dough is combined. The topping on the top is "flower salt whipped cream" with the image of hibiscus.
・ Mochitoro Salty Cookie Cream (118 yen) Western-style Daifuku is a combination of salt chocolate and whipped cream made from snow salt from Miyakojima, Okinawa, and crushed biscuits. The smooth salt whipped cream is accented with the texture of salt chocolate.
