This is a bowl of chicken. We are particular about in-store cooking, and the meat is carefully prepared and heat-treated from raw ingredients. Fresh chicken thighs are steamed so that you can feel the original texture and umami of chicken, and after receiving an order, they are mixed with a special sweet and dry sauce and baked. The topping is a soft-boiled egg, and it is said that it is finished with plenty of volume.
