The Yoshinoya seasonal menu "Negi Shiobuta Don" had appeared, so I ate it. It has a refreshing flavor with a citrus scent, but it has a solid texture.
It is said that garlic and sesame oil, which have a strong fragrance and are appetizing, are mixed with onion salted onion and green onion, and vinegar, grapefruit vinegar, and shikuwasa juice are added to give acidity and sharpness. In addition to pork, there are beef ribs and chicken, but I order the standard pork bowl. The price is 490 yen (tax included).
The bowl brought to the table looks like white sliced pork and green onions, which makes you feel the difference from the usual beef bowl. Yuzukosho is also included as a condiment, so open the seal and put it on.
Pork has a lot of fluffiness, and when you pick it up with chopsticks, you can feel the volume. When squeezed with rice, a wide variety of citrus scents are mixed and spread throughout the mouth, making it soothing that it slips through your nose. The onion is also a refreshing street of fire, perfect when you want to enjoy something different from the usual sweet and sour taste of beef bowl.
The pork also contains fat and should be very chewy, but thanks to the scent of grapefruit, shikuwasa, and yuzu and the slight sourness, the chopsticks naturally advance. In particular, Yuzukosho was the source of the deliciousness of the meat.
However, if you sprinkle Yuzukosho on the meat at once, it will disappear soon, so it seems good to enjoy it while using it as a condiment little by little. It's a menu that I would like you to keep for a long time in the hot season, if not a classic.
