At each Ginza Cozy Corner store (excluding some stores), four new cakes made with Japanese ingredients such as roasted green tea and mitarashi are on sale for a limited time. The lineup is as follows.
・ Scented roasted green tea cake A Japanese-style cake decorated with astringent chestnut kanro-ni, black beans, and bean paste cream. Hojicha cream and mellow cream are layered on the Hojicha brownie, which has a firm texture that makes use of its unique fragrant flavor. The price is 432 yen (tax included, same below). The sale period is until around May 10.
・ Mitarashi and Gyuhi Tirami Tart A tart with mitarashi sauce on cheese cream that looks like mitarashi dango. Black honey cream with walnuts, mitarashi cheese paste, fertilizer, sponge, cheese mousse are layered and finished with brown sugar cream. The price is 486 yen. The sale period is until around June 17th.
・ A roll cake with strawberry cream and strawberry topping on a sponge wrapped with Japanese roll bean paste and red bean paste. You can enjoy the combination of the acidity of strawberries and the sweetness of red bean paste. The price is 453 yen. Until around June 17th.
・ Mill short (matcha and strawberry)
Black honey cream with malon dice, water yokan & matcha cream, strawberry & cream sandwiched with matcha sponge. The price is 486 yen. The sale period is until around July 22nd.
